The Mauldin girls swim team won its second consecutive state title and the third in the past four years.

Andrew Shaw was named a Boys Lacrosse Academic All-American by US Lacrosse. Shaw lettered in football and lacrosse and finished with a 4.932 GPA. He was one of only two players in SC to receive the award.
